ASE JV Wins Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI) Contract IDIQ Contract with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)

Fort Meade, Md. Applied Systems Engineering Joint Venture (ASE JV) has been awarded an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI). The SETI IDIQ contract has an overall ceiling value of $7.5 billion ceiling to provide Department of Defense (DoD) organizations with new, non-commodity, and innovative information technology and engineering solutions incorporating cutting-edge methodologies and techniques. SETI, awarded by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), is a contract that is designed to meet current complex and unique requirements by applying technology-agnostic approaches to solve capability gaps for diverse mission needs. The ASE JV, an agile, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Joint Venture, brings the ability, capability, and experience to meet both current and emerging engineering and technology needs across DoD stakeholder communities.

The ASE JV, led by Managing member BCT LLC of Annapolis Junction, Maryland, also includes Advantage Engineering & IT Solutions, DeNOVO Solutions LLC; Freedom Consulting Group; ITellect, LLC; and RTI Consulting, LLC (SDVOSB). Joining ASE in supporting SETI requirements are 15 other large and small businesses with key skills aligned to potential SETI task orders.

The SETI contract is available to both DISA and non-DISA DoD entities, and the ASE JV Team is making clients aware of the vehicle and its characteristics so clients can leverage it in meeting technology, engineering, and innovation needs. ASE JV is excited to have the opportunity to partner with DISA on this important program.
